Poisson's ratio $$=-\cfrac{\epsilon_{lateral}}{\epsilon_{Longtudinal}}$$
$$\epsilon_{longitudinal}=\cfrac{\triangle L}{L}=\cfrac{0.2}{20}$$
$$\therefore \epsilon_{lateral}=-\cfrac{0.2}{20}\times 0.19$$
$$=-0.0019$$
$$|\epsilon_{lateral}|=0.0019$$
